Each monthly member fee is only $125.00/patient, for ALL ages. Office, Telehealth and virtual visits( No house calls) for families who prefer to visit the office.
Families choosing this option will have access to all benefits and services including:

House calls are offered for an additional cost ( $150 per visit)

Sibling Membership Pricing:
After the first child is enrolled, each additional sibling will receive a $150 membership discount from the price for their specific age group.
For example, a family with 3 kids over 5 would be $300/month total. The first child is $200/month and the other two members receive a $150/ month discount to their accounts. Their monthly total would be $50 per month for each of those two children.
